Regal Credit Management is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our remote customer support team. In this role, you will assist customers via online chat and messaging platforms, ensuring prompt and efficient service. Your primary focus will be resolving customer inquiries while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Document customer interactions, including inquiries, solutions, and follow-ups.
- Engage with customers through online chat and messaging platforms.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
- Provide guidance on company products and services.
- Meet performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Stay updated on company policies and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support.
Requirements
- Prior customer service or chat support experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar and spelling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with chat platforms.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to changing technologies.
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
- Pay: $19.00 – $21.91 per hour
- Expected Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week
