Aline is a leading provider of contact center solutions for senior living communities, specializing in proactive outreach to engage prospects and their families. Our remote team supports senior living communities by conducting outbound calls to nurture leads, follow up on inquiries, and schedule tours—helping prospects find the ideal living arrangement tailored to their needs.
We are seeking Outbound Customer Service Representatives to join our expanding remote team in supporting the senior living communities we partner with. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and comfortable with outbound calling. This remote position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

- Weekdays: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (MT)
- Weekends: Saturday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (MT) or 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (MT)

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with prospects, nurture leads, and schedule community tours.
- Manage call lists, prioritize outreach, and track interactions to maximize conversion rates.
- Provide accurate and compelling information about senior living communities, offerings, and processes.
- Document all outbound activities and prospect details accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed outbound performance metrics, including call volume, contact rates, and tour scheduling goals.
- Engage with prospects empathetically and professionally, understanding their needs and providing tailored recommendations.
- Handle objections, answer questions, and encourage next steps, such as scheduling tours or follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and share insights.
- Maintain knowledge of partner communities, services, and industry trends.
- Adhere to company guidelines for data security, privacy, and compliance with all regulations.
- Demonstrate initiative to proactively identify opportunities for improving outreach and engagement.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
- Experience: Outbound sales or call experience preferred, including previous experience in outbound calling, sales, or lead generation.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills: Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
- Results-oriented: Ability to meet and exceed outbound KPIs.
- Adaptability: Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.
- Problem-solving ability: Analytical mindset to handle objections and resolve issues efficiently.
- Time management: Proven ability to manage call schedules and follow-up tasks effectively.
- Empathy and patience: Ability to connect with prospects and build trust through meaningful conversations.
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and call management tools preferred.
- Resilience: Comfortable with high-volume calling and handling rejection professionally.
