⚡️ Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Proactively source talent through LinkedIn, niche job boards, and creative channels.
- Innovate new sourcing methods to attract top IT professionals.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet immediate and future hiring needs.
- Conduct HR interviews to assess candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers, serving as a trusted advisor.
🗞 Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in IT or technical fields.
- Strong communication skills for building rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of the IT industry and technical terminology.
- Proactive and results-driven, with excellent teamwork abilities.
