⚡️ Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proactively source talent through LinkedIn, niche job boards, and creative channels.
  • Innovate new sourcing methods to attract top IT professionals.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct HR interviews to assess candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers, serving as a trusted advisor.

🗞 Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in IT or technical fields.
  • Strong communication skills for building rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of the IT industry and technical terminology.
  • Proactive and results-driven, with excellent teamwork abilities.
