Job Overview
Nourishment 101 seeks a Remote Customer Service Representative to deliver high-quality support to clients. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Make inbound calls to follow up and provide additional information.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
- Stay current on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and relevant tools.
- Ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
