About the Role

Ridwell’s Award-Winning Member Success team is hiring a Full-time Member Success Specialist to join our passionate and supportive team of member advocates. This role is fully remote, and the ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, an empathetic approach to member service, and a desire to help our members reduce waste. You’ll support members via our extensive informational resources and multiple communication channels, ensuring a positive experience.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Training: Monday – Friday
  • Post-training: Tuesday – Saturday

Pay:

  • $19.50 – $19.97/hour

This fully remote position includes a company-provided laptop.

How to Succeed in This Role:

  • Provide timely, upbeat, and empathetic responses to member questions and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Member Success Supervisor and Manager to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Support Operations Specialists in the field, addressing member needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with members to achieve shared goals, demonstrating passion for Ridwell’s mission.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Handle real-time support for members via our inbox, assisting with issues and requests.
  • Manage daily manual processes with an eye toward future automation.
  • Collaborate with the Ridwell team on issues requiring cross-team input.
  • Identify and report recurring problems for further evaluation, such as app or website glitches.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Willingness to take on challenges and solve problems.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (experience with Front, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar CX software is a plus).
  • Upbeat, positive attitude—‘Yes, and’ rather than ‘No, but.’
  • Quick learner, curious, and adaptable.
  • Comfortable with new systems and software (G-Suite, Zoom, Slack).
