Position Overview:
As a Patient Service Representative (PSR) at Brault, you will play a key role in assisting patients with their medical insurance concerns. This is a REMOTE call center position where you will manage patient calls, verify eligibility, update patient and insurance information, and resolve issues in compliance with billing guidelines. Your work will have a direct impact on improving the patient experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls from patients, insurance representatives, and attorneys.
- Verify patient eligibility and update demographic and insurance information.
- Research and communicate out-of-pocket responsibilities to patients.
- Resolve billing issues in compliance with guidelines.
- Make outbound calls to patients when necessary.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- Work shifts available: 8am-5pm PST, 8:30am-5:30pm PST, or 9am-6pm PST (Pacific Time Zone)
