Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Day Shift (6 am EST – 6 pm PST)

Job Overview

As an Outbound Call Center Representative at Advantmed, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule health assessments for members. You will engage with customers, answer inquiries, address complaints, and ensure they feel valued. This role is remote and available to applicants who meet the requirements to work within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to schedule Prospective Health Assessments (PHA) for members.
  • Respond to member inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions.
  • Engage in active listening, confirming or clarifying information as needed.
  • Build trust-based relationships with customers and team members.
  • Utilize software and databases to manage call activities.
  • Strive to meet or exceed call center performance metrics while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Participate in training and development to grow within the company.
  • Attend virtual meetings on camera as required.
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by the Call Center Supervisor.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment preferred.
  • Experience with outbound sales is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone demeanor.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to type at least 40 WPM (60 WPM preferred).
  • Must have a Windows-based computer with video-calling capabilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in schedules, with potential weekend shifts.

Supplemental Pay

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Performance-based pay increases to $14 per hour after six months, based on performance.
