Job Overview
Skynova Inc., a SaaS company providing web-based services to small American businesses, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and offer valuable feedback. We seek a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills who thrives on helping people.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through Zendesk (email).
- Provide phone support when requested.
- Escalate tickets that require advanced knowledge or tools.
- Report recurring issues to the Support Team.
- Collaborate with the support and QA teams to improve documentation and policies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of customer support experience.
- Associate’s degree minimum.
- Proficiency with Zendesk (preferred but not required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with SaaS or web-based services.
- Ability to work from a secure, private Wi-Fi connection.
- Own a laptop or desktop with exclusive access.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday:
- EST: 1:00pm – 9:00pm
- CST: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
- MST: 11:00am – 7:00pm
- PST: 10:00am – 6:00pm
- Flexibility to swap shifts or cover additional shifts when needed.
