Your Role

We are seeking a Content Marketing Specialist for our Early Childhood Department, with a focus on creating engaging content for RED and WeChat platforms. You will interact directly with parents to understand their needs and produce targeted, research-backed content. Staying updated on trends and social media dynamics is essential to keeping our content relevant.

Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement: Engage with parents through social media to gather feedback and understand their needs.
• Trend Analysis: Stay informed on the latest trends in early childhood education and social media.
• Research and Development: Conduct thorough research to create informative, high-quality content.
• Content Creation: Plan and maintain a content calendar for RED and WeChat, ensuring regular, engaging posts.
• Performance Analysis: Track the performance of content and adjust strategies for improved engagement.

Working Schedule:

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (PST preferred, flexible as needed)
• Break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
• Days: Tuesday – Friday

Required Qualifications:

• Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences. Quick response times during working hours are appreciated.
• Personality: Outgoing, proactive, and able to foster meaningful conversations.
• Research: Strong research skills to identify relevant, factual, and engaging content.
• Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a passion for helping others and working as part of a team.
• Experience: Prior experience in content marketing, specifically managing RED and WeChat accounts, is preferred. Familiarity with the education industry is a plus.
• Language: Bilingual in Mandarin is required.
