Office Service Clerk / Data Entry Clerk

The Office Services Clerk / Data Entry Clerk is responsible for managing visitor accommodations, maintaining office and conference room setups, ordering supplies, assisting with events, and performing administrative tasks such as filing and equipment maintenance. This role requires strong customer service skills, proficiency in operating office equipment, and adaptability to changing procedures in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage visitor accommodations and coordinate with personnel for proper visitor information, including security access.
  • Set up workstations and conference rooms, handle reservations, and maintain room calendars.
  • Place catering orders, handle food and beverage setups, and assist with cleanup.
  • Support technology needs for meetings, including Zoom setups and A/V presentations.
  • Create guest Wi-Fi credentials and assist with connectivity.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, conference, and supply rooms.
  • Load, run, and unload dishwashers as needed.
  • Enter and update data in relevant databases, correct errors, and ensure data backup.
  • Create accurate spreadsheets and optimize information for swift data capturing.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality or general office services.
  • Strong command of English, with excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to focus for long periods and perform tasks accurately at an adequate speed.
