SamCart empowers digital creators alongside two other product lines: Typeset and CreatorU. Typeset helps creators develop digital products through a generative AI platform, while CreatorU offers resources, online courses, and coaching sessions to help creators launch their products and businesses.

As we expand our CreatorU Team, we seek a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join us. In this role, you will prospect accounts to secure meetings and identify and qualify sales opportunities. Being part of CreatorU’s SDR team allows you to significantly impact the company’s and our customers’ success. You will serve as the first point of contact for our prospects in sales.

We are looking for a goal-oriented, coachable, and self-motivated individual who is passionate about demonstrating how CreatorU can add value to our top prospects’ businesses. Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth through high-volume, fast-paced sales via outbound leads.
  • Prospect leads and accounts.
  • Conduct cold outreach, with 100+ outbound activities daily.
  • Perform discovery calls and qualify leads for the Account Executive team.
  • Qualify over 80 leads each month for our CreatorU Sales Team.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and share progress toward goals accurately.
  • Consistently deliver the best customer experience in the industry, as we pride ourselves on being #1 in customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Entry-level position; 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service is a plus.
  • A “whatever it takes” attitude and a passion for sales.
  • Proficient with technology (email marketing, CRM, business apps, etc.).
  • SaaS knowledge or sales experience is a significant advantage.
