Implementation Project Manager – SIS to Connect Migrations

Summary:
As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for preparing existing members/customers for the migration to iVUE Connect – Service. You will leverage your customer service and critical thinking skills to assist with data cleanup in iVUE Service (SIS), provide training, support sales/pre-sales activities, and respond to member inquiries. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Connect – Service and iVUE Service (SIS) and a strong customer service background.

Essential Duties:

  • Coordinate and execute basic software implementation project plans.
  • Present software usage best practices to members/customers.
  • Provide application support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and track Change Requests (CRs) to resolution.
  • Provide after-hours call support as needed.
  • Adhere to NISC’s Shared Values.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Basic knowledge of business-related software applications and services.
  • Basic understanding of the Utility or Broadband industries.
  • Familiarity with Project Management processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic presentation and training skills.
  • Strong telephone and email etiquette.
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage expectations.
  • Ability to analyze data for meaningful business insights.
  • Initiative, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic understanding of change management best practices.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% annually.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience preferred.
