Job Description:

We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service platform connecting top talent from Latin America (LatAm) with leading companies globally. We’re looking for an Ads Expert (PPC, Google & Meta Ads) who is fluent in English, based in Latin America, and available to work remotely.

You should possess strong communication skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning and development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) to drive traffic and conversions.
• Develop and implement ad strategies, tracking their performance and optimizing for budget and targeting.
• Collaborate with the content team on Sponsored Content strategies.
• Analyze campaign data to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
• Manage relationships with influencers and incorporate them into ad campaigns.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven PPC campaign management experience on Google and Meta Ads.
• Expertise in audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative optimization.
• Analytical skills for interpreting data and enhancing campaign performance.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with Sponsored Content and Influencer Marketing is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is a plus.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $1,000 – $1,800 per month based on experience and skills.
• Initial 3-month trial period, with potential for long-term contract based on performance.
• Remote work as an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
