Virtual Executive Assistant ($15/Hour)

 

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Executive Assistant to deliver top-tier administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of executive support functions both efficiently and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate executive schedules, including managing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, revise, and refine correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and organize digital files and records.
  • Facilitate communication between executives and both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and sensitivity.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the executive team.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or executive assistance is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in an executive assistant role or similar position.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
