Job Overview:
Picadailys is a multifunctional mobile app offering bill payments, gamified tasks for user engagement, partnership integration, digital marketing, and a virtual banking wallet. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist users with various inquiries, ensuring smooth navigation of all app features. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding service, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to enhancing the user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Support and Inquiry Handling:
- Assist users with account setup, bill payments, digital marketing, and navigating app features.
- Respond to inquiries regarding gamified tasks, rewards, virtual wallet, and partnership opportunities.
- Address issues related to transactions, payment errors, or app functionality.
- Resolve complaints or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Escalate unresolved technical problems to the appropriate team.
- Customer Feedback and Insights:
- Collect feedback and share insights to help improve the user experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in tech, finance, or digital services.
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with mobile apps, virtual wallets, and digital marketing concepts.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
