We are seeking a Senior Security DevOps Engineer to join Webflow’s new Security and Compliance team. In this remote work role, you will collaborate with the Director of Product Security to help us address current and future product security needs.
About the Role
- Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
- Employment: Full-time, Permanent, Exempt
- Compensation:
- US Zone A: $158,000 – $218,000
- US Zone B: $149,000 – $205,000
- US Zone C: $139,000 – $192,000
- Canada: CAD 180,000 – CAD 248,000

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Security DevOps Engineer, you will:
- Collaborate with the infrastructure engineering team to secure Webflow’s AWS deployments.
- Champion security standards while balancing business needs.
- Support security frameworks, including SOC2.
- Cross-train other engineers in infrastructure security.
This role allows flexibility to explore areas beyond these responsibilities. At Webflow, we encourage employees to pursue passion projects for up to 4 hours weekly.
About You
To thrive in this remote work role, you should have:
- Expertise in securing AWS deployments, with a focus on risk reduction.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain complex security concepts.
- A deep understanding of DevOps and operations tools.
- Experience with incident response and vulnerability management.
- Proficiency in securing Linux hosts, Kubernetes, and container deployments.
- A passion for security and continuous learning.
