Pay: $16.00 per hour – Full-time

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday (12:00-8:30 PM EST)
Job Overview
We are hiring Seasonal Remote Call Center Agents to start immediately through 12/31/24. Candidates should submit a resume for consideration. Top applicants will be contacted for a phone screen and additional technical screenings, which must be passed to move forward in the process. Following all application steps is required for employment consideration. High-performing seasonal employees may be considered for future opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to contacts from a provided list to schedule appointments or leave messages, using a script.
- Accurately document the status of each call.
- Adhere to a 40-hour workweek with paid time off and paid holidays for full-time employees.
- Overtime is available but must be pre-approved.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills, friendly and professional demeanor
- Keen attention to detail
- Personal computer, mobile phone, and stable internet connection required
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
Preferred Experience
- HubSpot familiarity
- Experience with RingCentral or similar dialer tools
- Previous Call Center or Customer Support experience is beneficial
