Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement & Operations, the Salesforce Administrator will support global customer-facing teams by owning and enhancing key systems, primarily Salesforce. This role will also assist the global Customer Engagement team in improving data quality within the CRM, recommending system improvements, training users on changes, and documenting processes. The goal is to enhance customer-facing teams’ experience with Salesforce, improve business insights and efficiency, and ultimately increase revenue.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Salesforce instance and roadmap
• Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce and related systems
• Ensure optimal performance, functionality, and user experience in Salesforce
• Support the marketing technology suite, including Account Engagement (Pardot)
• Assist with integrations within the Sales and Customer Success technology suite, such as Sales Engagement (Outreach.io) and Quote to Cash (Nue.io)
• Monitor and improve user adoption
• Manage new user setup, ongoing training, and troubleshooting
• Produce and maintain technical documentation

Qualifications & Experience

Hard Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Operations
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning and managing sales and marketing tools/integrations
• Salesforce certification required (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder)
• Experience creating/managing fields and custom objects
• Skilled in managing profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, and security settings
• Proficient in Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Validation Rules
• Experience documenting and auditing Salesforce implementations and integrations
• Familiarity with systems like Outreach.io, Nue.io, Docusign, Zoominfo, Tableau (nice to have)

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive work to completion amidst competing priorities
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and best practices
• Experience working in global organizations with live and asynchronous communication across time zones
• Renewable energy experience (not required)
