What You’ll Do:

- Quote Preparation: Develop competitive project quotes, ensuring accuracy in scope, budget, and timelines.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with technicians, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and alignment of all parties involved.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, following up on every lead professionally and promptly.
- Sales Contribution: Utilize your estimating expertise to drive sales growth by converting estimates into signed contracts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5 years in construction, property management, building maintenance, or repair services, with essential estimating experience.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction timelines, materials, and processes in residential projects.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present estimates and negotiate with clients.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using digital tools and software for managing estimates, follow-ups, and client communications.
- Bonus Skills: Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus, but a passion for exceeding targets is key.
- Driven by Results: Motivated by success and committed to delivering high-quality estimates that meet both client needs and business goals.
