TinyURL LLC is seeking a high-performing Sales Lead with proven experience in the SaaS tech industry. The ideal candidate will drive customer acquisition and meet revenue growth targets.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets
- Generate, nurture, and convert leads
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Present and communicate value propositions through proposals and presentations
- Oversee the creation of sales assets and kits
- Develop sales policies and playbooks for TinyURL
- Assist in hiring and managing additional sales personnel as needed
About You:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, with 2+ years in a SaaS sales management role
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Reliable, able to address urgent issues and system failures
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb technical information
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes
- Thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Exceptional attention to detail
