Role Description:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Trivr Eats, your primary responsibility will be selling our virtual restaurant brands and forming partnerships with existing restaurants and ghost kitchens. This remote role involves conducting cold outreach to restaurant owners through calls, emails, and SMS to schedule qualified leads for our Inside Sales Team, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities for the company.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team. The SDR is essential to our sales success, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our sales executives. You will build relationships with restaurant owners who align with our ideal partner profile.

Compensation:
$600 per closed, qualified restaurant account.
We do not cap commissions!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify quality restaurant operators.
  • Perform cold outreach to pre-qualified leads via established communication channels.
  • Qualify leads over the phone to assess their interest and fit for our products and services using provided leads through our dialing CRM.
  • Schedule appointments for our sales executives to meet with potential restaurant partners.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for feedback and data on outreach responses.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and keep records up to date in the CRM system.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls and sending emails to potential customers
  • Familiarity with sales metrics and KPIs

Required Qualifications:

  • C1 / C2 – English Level
  • 1+ years of experience in cold outreach or in a sales role
  • Experience in either B2B or B2C sales and lead generation
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple duties in a fast-paced environment
  • Good pipeline and calendar management to generate consistent opportunities
  • Bonus: Familiarity with the restaurant industry and/or Virtual Restaurant Brands
