We are a dynamic tech startup seeking a Remote Product/Project Manager Facilitator to play a key role in educating and mentoring emerging professionals. This remote position focuses on equipping participants with essential skills and knowledge for successfully managing and leading projects across various industries.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive remote training content on key product and project management principles, methodologies (e.g., Agile and Scrum), and industry best practices.
• Facilitate interactive workshops, simulations, and group discussions in a virtual environment, ensuring engaging remote learning experiences.
• Mentor participants by providing expert guidance, feedback, and support to enhance their project and product management competencies.
• Regularly assess participant progress through evaluations, case studies, and project work, offering constructive feedback to help them meet and exceed performance standards.
• Continuously update training materials to reflect the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the field, ensuring the curriculum remains relevant and effective for remote learners.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in project or product management.
• Proven experience in creating and delivering effective project/product management training, particularly in a remote learning setting.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello), methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire remote learners.
• Comfortable using and teaching with digital tools and platforms in a virtual environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage, motivate, and support learners remotely.
• Minimum academic qualification: OND.
• A professional certification in Project Management is an added advantage.

Remuneration: NGN 400,000 – NGN 900,000.
