Summary
The Project Coordination Specialist at PosiGen is responsible for customer interaction and project management. This remote role involves securing customer approvals, managing invoices and payments, and serving as the primary liaison between customers and field operations. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service or solar experience is a plus.
Essential Job Functions
- Customer Liaison: Serve as the single point of contact for customers, guiding them through the process and answering inquiries.
- Proactive Communication: Initiate calls to introduce the process and confirm key steps such as permitting and layout.
- Problem-Solving: Assist customers in overcoming obstacles and collecting necessary documentation.
- Progress Tracking: Keep customers updated on project timelines and installation status.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Document Management) to ensure smooth workflows.
- Escalation Management: Address and resolve customer issues to prevent further escalation.
- Contact: Proactively reach out to customers to gain approval for additional scope of work items.
- Generate: Create invoices, collect down payments, and, if needed, make collection calls to secure final payments before activation.
- Collaborate: Work with field operations to obtain additional information for customers.
- Achieve: Meet monthly goals as set by management.
- Communicate: Engage with customers daily via phone, text, and email to secure approvals.
- Respond: Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions, ensuring superior customer service.

Education/Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace is preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce and knowledge of the solar energy field are desirable.
Physical Demands
The role involves speaking, listening, standing, walking, and using hands frequently. Occasionally, sitting, climbing, and lifting objects up to 25 pounds may be required. Vision abilities must include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, and depth perception.
