Role Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting our team and clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as an administrative assistant, customer service representative, or in a related role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Capable of working independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or customer service are advantageous.
