We are currently recruiting to fill the following position:
Job Title: Personal Assistant
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Responsibilities:
- Handle errands and day-to-day tasks as requested.
- Screen and direct phone calls, and manage correspondence.
- Execute confidential tasks assigned by the CEO.
- Conduct thorough research as required for specific tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Manage diary, schedule meetings, and appointments.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics.
- Oversee the CEO’s social media and respond to messages on their behalf.
- Appropriately handle requests and queries.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School degree or BSc in an administrative-related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong command of English.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience managing travel arrangements and personal correspondence.
- Ability to research and retrieve information efficiently.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding the CEO’s office affairs.
- Positive attitude and resilience under stress.
- Constructive approach to resolving issues.
