Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 per month, plus benefits
Expected Hours: 40 per week


About Us

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Executive Director. This role is crucial in managing daily operations and contributing to our organization’s success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to the Executive Director, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Act as a key contact for internal and external communications, drafting and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Arrange and oversee travel logistics, accommodations, and detailed itineraries for business trips.
  • Support project planning and event execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
  • Manage sensitive information discreetly, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Ensure smooth office operations by handling supplies, equipment, and other administrative needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, ideally supporting senior executives.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the skill to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience working on the Island is required.
