Job Summary
The Patient Experience Associate is essential in supporting clinicians and enhancing the patient experience. This role involves monitoring patient feedback, managing scoped patient experience situations, escalating complex cases to the Patient Experience Specialist, and maintaining data tracking for analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial in this role, as is the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to patient feedback in a timely, professional manner.
- Support clinicians in patient experience cases.
- Escalate urgent or complex issues to the Patient Experience Specialist and Senior Clinical Program Manager.
- Document communication to support tracking and analysis of patient data.
- Attend team meetings and participate in data review and analysis.
- Support projects as assigned by the leadership team.
- Evaluate patient feedback to identify improvement areas.
- Ensure compliance with patient experience standards and regulations.
What You Bring to Luna
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Healthcare experience in a customer-facing role is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with data entry and analysis is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
