Job Summary
Metis Capital Partners is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operations Analyst with 2-5 years of experience. This remote work position involves analyzing and driving projects, primarily within the real estate and energy sectors, collaborating with stakeholders across legal, finance, accounting, and regulatory functions. As part of a small, dedicated team, you will work directly with partners to deliver sustained value to our portfolio companies, such as Nimbel Shaw (palm oil) and Duval Properties Ltd (real estate). The role requires strong self-motivation, a bias toward action, quantitative analysis, and stakeholder management.

Job Responsibilities
Operations:
- Drive projects remotely by coordinating with contractors, accountants, lawyers, and service providers.
- Provide project status updates, solve issues in real-time, and ensure continuous progress.
- Lead incubation projects for new business lines, including agricultural subsidiary Nimbel Shaw and Duval Properties.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders—government, investors, legal, accounting, and HR—to build new businesses and create value.
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Analyze potential sectors and evaluate their alignment with the family’s investment goals.
- Perform financial analysis and modeling, focusing on real estate opportunities.
- Assess the financial performance of existing assets and provide improvement recommendations.
Partner Collaboration:
- Build and maintain relationships with investment partners, advisors, and key stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings to evaluate potential collaborations and joint ventures.
- Negotiate favorable terms and agreements for the family office.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain deal documentation processes.
- Organize meetings and summarize call notes.
- Assist employees with first-level AV and conference call setup.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: A minimum of a second-class upper Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
- Experience: 2-5 years of operations experience in a similar role.
- Mindset: Passion for investing, building, and operating businesses. Strong self-motivation to work remotely and autonomously. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A curiosity about business models and a deep understanding of how companies generate revenue.

Remuneration: NGN 350,000 – 450,000 Monthly Net
