- Degree: First Class Honours degree
- Work Experience: 0 to 5 years
- Age: Not more than 30 years
- Disciplines: B.Eng. or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Biotechnology, and Computer Science.
- NYSC: Must have completed NYSC (upload scanned NYSC discharge certificate)
- Deployment: Willingness to accept deployment in any location
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in computer skills with an innovative mindset
