Your impact:
- Assist with preparing monthly financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders, providing variance analysis and commentary.
- Support the annual planning, budgeting process, and updates to forecasts.
- Maintain a long-range financial model to assist with strategic planning and long-term goals.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather planning inputs, track performance, and drive expense management.
- Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and analyze variances.
- Assist with preparing materials for the board and investors.
- Lead ad hoc financial projects, including profitability, ROI, and buy vs. build analysis, providing summaries and recommendations.
Your experience:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in finance, analytics, or related business fields. Experience in investment banking, consulting, healthcare, or SaaS is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business required.
- Expert-level Excel and financial modeling skills are essential.
- Familiarity with GAAP accounting required; CFA or CPA is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
- Strong attention to detail, with SQL skills and experience working with large datasets a plus.
- A quick thinker who is focused, proactive, and creative, with the ability to work independently.
- Able to partner cross-functionally, influence, and communicate with all levels of management.
- Highly organized and able to work under tight deadlines with impeccable attention to detail.

Base Compensation Range: $70,000 – $90,000 Annually
The cash compensation mentioned above includes base salary only. Certain roles may be eligible for additional incentives like commission, bonuses, overtime, or other variable pay.
