Job Summary
Kenkeputa, a leading company in software development, AI & data services, and staffing solutions, is looking for a highly organized and professional Executive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This remote role requires an individual with a global perspective, capable of managing tasks and communications across multiple time zones and cultural contexts. The ideal candidate should be familiar with American culture and have fluency in English, demonstrating exceptional professionalism in all aspects of the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings across different time zones.
  • Handle correspondence and emails on behalf of the CEO when needed.
  • Organize and maintain documents and records efficiently.
  • Serve as a liaison between the U.S.-based CEO and the Nigeria-based team.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas as required.
  • Assist with project management to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and partners across various countries.
  • Handle personal errands and ad-hoc tasks for the CEO.
  • Understand American and Nigerian cultural nuances to facilitate effective communication and operations.
  • Promote seamless cross-border collaboration within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant, ideally in a remote or international setting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with American culture and business practices is essential.
  • Tech-savviness, particularly in software development or AI, is a plus.
