Job Summary

The Supplier Success Professional will serve as the first point of contact for all Avetta customers, assisting in developing and maintaining a world-class prequalification system for contractors, suppliers, and vendors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide professional support to all Avetta customers.
  • Application Navigation: Help end-users navigate the Avetta Cloud Application.
  • Document Verification: Verify technical documents submitted by end-users.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve complex issues with a focus on customer experience.
  • Communication: Interact directly with customers via telephone, email, and chat.
  • Prioritization: Prioritize and resolve customer needs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Accurately verify details on regulatory documents.
  • Billing Support: Support and explain customer billing and subscription terms.
  • Record Keeping: Record details of interactions in Service Cloud (SFDC).
  • Follow-Up: Provide necessary outbound follow-up via phone and email.
  • Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Teamwork: Work as a team and contribute positively to Avetta’s culture.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned, including attending training, meetings, or seminars.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Call Center Experience: A plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Technical Skills: Working PC knowledge, Windows preferred, and related applications.
  • Software Affinity: An affinity for learning online software systems.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Problem Analysis: Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adaptability: Adaptable and self-motivated.
  • Stress Tolerance: Ability to handle stress.
  • Learning Ability: Ability to learn and apply new information or skills.

Work Environment:

  • Remote Work: Work from home with potential for a hybrid schedule if near an office location.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility for hybrid schedules.
