We are currently looking for talented Seasonal Customer Support L1 Agents to join our team remotely for the busy season. Top performers may have opportunities for longer-term positions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to incoming messages via Email and Chat
- Provide empathetic, professional user support
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Turn potentially negative interactions into positive experiences
Requirements:
- Experience with Email and Chat support
- Based in time zones: GMT+8, GMT+3, GMT+2
- Excellent customer service skills: empathetic, responsive, and resourceful
- Fluent written English
- Ability to manage routine tasks under pressure
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail
- 1-3+ years in Technical or Customer Support
- Experience with mobile products is a plus
- Willing to work shifts (day, mid, or night rotations)
