We are currently recruiting for the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Answering Calls: Handle incoming customer calls, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Providing Information: Offer details about our services, pricing, and company policies.
• Issue Resolution: Identify customer problems and provide effective solutions.
• Data Entry and Customer Assistance: Accurately record customer information and guide clients through processes.
• Follow-up: Conduct post-interaction follow-ups to ensure service completion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive support approach and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be organized, able to follow schedules, multitask, and efficiently use CRM software.
