Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial point of contact for our clients, offering prompt and efficient support through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing comprehensive information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
