About the Role
MAI Voice NA LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely, delivering top-notch service to our clients. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting individuals affected by recent hurricanes in Florida, providing assistance with temporary shelter applications, gathering missing information, and offering compassionate customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries
- Provide detailed information on products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate as needed
- Process orders, applications, and requests
- Document and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must pass a background check
System Requirements for Remote Work
- High-speed Internet (Cable or DSL) with a hardwired connection (no WiFi)
- USB headset (Bluetooth headsets not permitted)
- Windows 10 or higher computer with at least 8GB RAM (no Chromebooks or MacBooks)
- Quiet, professional workspace
Schedule
- Availability from 1 pm to 9 pm CST, including weekends
