• Deliver prompt and effective customer support through live chat and telecommunication channels.
• Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
