Position Overview
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences? As a Customer Care Resolution Associate, you will use your expertise in product and process knowledge to resolve inquiries efficiently, while also thinking creatively to deliver the best outcomes. Empathy and effective problem-solving are at the core of this role as you handle customer requests with care and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal team members, including Design Consultants and Installers
- Address inquiries related to product specifications, warranty, installation, parts, and repairs
- Place and track orders, ensuring timely communication with all vested parties
- Create detailed case documentation, tracking the root cause and path to resolution
- Manage high volumes of cases, providing accurate and timely updates
- Contribute to organizational success by utilizing all available resources for prompt resolutions
- Maintain consistent results in performance metrics such as schedule adherence and resolution time
- Share insights to enhance the overall client experience
Who You Are
- Experienced in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
- Skilled multitasker, adept at resolving various customer service issues efficiently
- Passionate about delivering superior service, demonstrating patience, empathy, and sincerity
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and communication skills
- Adaptable to change, with a strong ability to learn and retain new information
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, utilizing multiple systems
- Proficient in standard office technology (Email, Excel, Word) and able to type 40-45 wpm
- Available to work an 8-hour shift between 6 am and 5:30 pm PST, including Saturdays
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
