Position Overview:
As a Customer Care Advisor, you will initiate the sales process, manage prospect lists, and generate qualified leads for follow-up by the sales team. You will represent GoodLeap as a subject matter expert during customer interactions and offer additional services that benefit our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent GoodLeap during customer calls, providing expert information
- Deliver exceptional customer service with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Offer additional GoodLeap products to meet customer needs
- Document customer interactions in GoodLeap’s systems
- Address customer issues with diplomacy, ensuring a positive experience
- Escalate unresolved concerns to management when necessary
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales
- Previous experience in solar customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong listening skills, patience, and empathy when addressing customer needs
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in business needs
- Ability to receive and apply feedback from leadership
- Proven reliability and strong work ethic
