Job Summary

As a Customer Acquisition Specialist at CVTOCAREER PTY LTD, you will play a key role in driving new customer acquisition and expanding the company’s customer base remotely. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement remote customer acquisition strategies to meet growth targets.
• Manage and optimize digital campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media) to ensure maximum ROI.
• Analyze customer data to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align acquisition efforts.
• Conduct A/B testing and continuously refine acquisition channels for improved conversion rates.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to measure success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer acquisition, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.
• Excellent communication skills.
