Who You Are
We’re seeking a skilled Content Marketing Manager to lead strategic content initiatives that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. In this fully remote role, you will create and optimize content across organic channels, collaborating with teams to craft impactful narratives. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach through SEO-focused strategies, repurposing content, and developing lead-generating assets.

What You’ll Do
- Content Creation: Produce E.E.A.T.-compliant (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) content, including blogs, reports, surveys, and customer insights to enhance search visibility.
- Lead-Gen Storytelling: Update and optimize blog posts with compelling narratives to boost demo requests and content downloads.
- Organic Social Media: Repurpose existing content for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok to increase engagement and traffic.
- SEO Strategy: Build pillar pages to strengthen blog content clusters, improve site structure, and drive leads.
- Webinar Operations: Develop and optimize webinar landing pages and manage live webinar sessions, ensuring an engaging experience.
- Content Editing: Proofread and ensure content aligns with brand standards, maintaining high quality across all channels.
- Platform Growth: Implement strategies to expand audiences on platforms such as Pinterest, TikTok, and Reddit.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in marketing, including 2–3 years as a Content Marketer or similar role.
- Expertise in E.E.A.T. principles and their impact on SEO.
- Proven ability to create and optimize lead-gen content.
- Experience managing organic social media, particularly LinkedIn and Pinterest.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, landing page optimization, and webinar management.
- Strong writing, editing, and project management skills.
