Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with registration and cryptocurrency purchases at all stages.
- Support the financial manager to ensure seamless service during transitions.
- Address customer queries via web chat.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across the company.
- Make informed decisions considering customers’ circumstances.
- Oversee and manage client accounts, update the company database.
- Identify opportunities for service improvements while maintaining enthusiasm in customer interactions.
- Set and enforce customer payment terms.
