The position supports executive management, their teams, and other departments as needed. **Key Responsibilities** - Professionally engage with internal and external senior management. - Act proactively in executives’ absence and work independently. - Manage detailed travel plans and meeting itineraries. - Compose correspondence and reports for executive signatures. - Prioritize and execute tasks under tight deadlines. - Coordinate appointments, meetings, partner visits, and conference calls. - Prepare and distribute polished documents, reports, and presentations. - Assist in planning and organizing onsite/offsite meetings and events. - Collaborate with administrative staff to fulfill assignments. - Perform other duties as required. **Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of five years of relevant experience. - Proven experience supporting senior and executive management. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Concur SAP; familiarity with Ulti-Pro and Nautilus Unity Client is a plus. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong verbal and written communication abilities. - Team player with the ability to inspire trust and foster collaboration. **Compensation and Benefits** - Hourly pay range: $16.59 - $29.59, based on experience, skills, and location. - Annual performance-based incentive opportunity. - Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
