We are dedicated to delivering exceptional services and solutions to our clients. We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Remote Telesales Executive to join our team. This is a fully remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from home while earning a competitive salary with the potential for additional commissions. You will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and consistently meeting sales targets.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and develop new sales opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products/services and industry trends.
  • Outbound Sales Calls: Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls to promote and sell our services.
  • Sales Reporting: Record and report sales activities and results accurately.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Share insights with management to refine sales processes and strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring top-tier service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proven experience in telesales or a related role.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets in a similar position.
  • Ability to remain motivated despite rejection.
  • Effective team collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Must have a laptop for reports and email communication.
  • Reliable internet connection and power supply.
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace (subject to inspection by our recruitment partners in Nigeria).
