Sirius Support is actively seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. This role involves managing administrative projects, ensuring high-quality output, and working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize communication via emails and phone calls
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer service inquiries
  • Schedule meetings, arrange travel plans, and manage accommodations
  • Maintain and organize managers’ calendars and contact lists
  • Prepare and review customer spreadsheets, while managing online records
  • Conduct market research and report findings
  • Develop presentations
  • Assist team members with various administrative queries

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a remote Virtual Assistant or related role
  • Proficiency with modern technologies, such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
  • Strong experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets, particularly MS Office
  • Familiarity with online calendars and scheduling tools, especially Google Calendar
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • High school diploma required; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are advantageous
