Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated AI Systems Engineer with experience in machine learning model development and optimization. The ideal candidate will contribute to building and deploying machine learning models for real-world applications. This role involves collaborating closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate machine learning algorithms into production systems. Flexible remote work options are available.

Responsibilities

• Model Development: Design and train machine learning models, including regression, classification, clustering, and more.
• Data Preprocessing: Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to prepare for model training, including feature extraction and selection.
• Model Optimization: Apply techniques such as hyperparameter tuning, cross-validation, and regularization to optimize models for performance and scalability.
• Deployment & Integration: Work with software engineers to deploy machine learning models into production environments, ensuring seamless integration.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and enhance model performance, addressing issues like model drift or degradation.
• Research & Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest machine learning techniques, frameworks, and tools, integrating new technologies into ongoing projects.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation for models, data pipelines, and workflows to ensure reproducibility.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD is a plus).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with data manipulation tools (Pandas, NumPy) and visualization libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Familiarity with various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, decision trees, random forests, support vector machines, and neural networks.
• Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for model training and deployment.
• Understanding of MLOps practices for continuous integration and model delivery.
• Experience in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a plus.
