The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Head of Investor Engagement & Fundraising to join our fully remote global team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and nurturing relationships with stakeholders, investors, and the broader Web3 community.
As part of IFT’s leadership team, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape our fundraising strategies and support our rebranding efforts. We are a well-capitalized, rapidly growing cryptocurrency venture studio, focused on various Web3 infrastructure projects. Your experience in Web3 and deep understanding of the investment landscape will be critical to driving our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive investor engagement strategy that aligns with IFT’s goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, including traditional and crypto venture capital firms, high-net-worth individuals, and community members.
- Foster investor confidence in IFT’s mission and strategy by gaining a deep understanding of the diverse projects and teams within the organization.
- Communicate IFT’s financial and business performance, milestone achievements, and future plans to investors and other stakeholders.
- Act as the primary contact for investor inquiries and coordinate investor events, such as earnings calls and analyst days.
- Collaborate with IFT’s Co-founders and leadership team to ensure consistent messaging and transparent communication with investors and core contributors.
- Stay informed on regulatory requirements and best practices in investor relations within the Web3 ecosystem.

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in investor relations, with a focus on the Web3 ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of the investment landscape, with experience working in-house with growth-stage startups or scale-ups.
- Familiarity with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft impactful messages for both employees and investors.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail, blending finance, marketing, and communication expertise.
- Proven track record of managing successful investor relations programs.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $150,000 – $190,000 USD annually, with negotiable terms based on your skills and experience. A performance-based bonus is also included, and we offer flexibility in payment—whether in fiat, cryptocurrency, or a mix of both.
