Job Overview
The Remote Creative Officer will play a pivotal role in transforming design briefs into captivating visual content, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia materials that align with Lily Hospitals’ branding guidelines. This role demands creativity, a solid grasp of branding principles, and a flair for producing engaging marketing content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate design briefs into visually stunning concepts for both organic and paid marketing campaigns.
- Use tools such as Canva or Adobe Premiere Pro to create engaging video content tailored to our target audience.
- Produce eye-catching graphic designs, including illustrations, infographics, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure all marketing creatives adhere to Lily Hospitals’ brand guidelines and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales team to develop and execute creative ideas that generate leads and boost awareness of our services.
- Manage and maintain digital assets for online platforms, including social media and the company website.
- Keep up with the latest industry trends to inform and evolve our creative strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a creative services role, ideally within the healthcare or related industries.
- Must be willing to work on-site.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools like Canva.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Passion for creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
