Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to collaborate with the Group HR team in managing HR operations to align with the hospital’s business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and employee management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Implement HR strategies and objectives
- Provide regular HR reports to the Group HR
- Identify training needs and manage a training calendar
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Foster positive work relationships, improve morale, and enhance productivity
- Support the implementation of performance management systems
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Offer daily HR guidance and analyze trends with the HR team
- Assist with compensation and benefits processes
- Provide guidance on HR policies and monitor workforce planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in HR management
- HR certification
- Strong people management skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Salary: N250,000 monthly

2. Pharmacy Technician

The Pharmacy Technician supports the pharmacist in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include preparing prescriptions, maintaining patient records, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in accurate medication dispensing
- Prepare and label prescription orders
- Handle phone inquiries from patients, doctors, and healthcare providers
- Manage inventory and order necessary supplies
- Maintain and update patient records
- Perform administrative tasks and ensure a clean working environment
- Adhere to all pharmacy laws and safety protocols
Requirements:
- HND in a relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification

Requirements:
