Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Executive Assistant to deliver top-tier administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of executive support functions both efficiently and independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate executive schedules, including managing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, revise, and refine correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize digital files and records.
- Facilitate communication between executives and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and sensitivity.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the executive team.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or executive assistance is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in an executive assistant role or similar position.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
